Questions about a program, volunteering, or sponsoring GVSA? Send a message below, or find us on Facebook — a volunteer reads every message personally and follows up directly, not through a form email.

GVSA has no office and no set hours — we're a 100% volunteer club. The fastest way to reach us day-to-day is our 952-member Facebook group, where events and program news get posted first. Whether you're asking about signing a kid up, coaching, or sponsoring the annual banquet, a volunteer will get back to you — not a call center, an actual person who knows the programs.

If you're signing a kid up, let us know their age and which county you're in — Greenbrier, Pocahontas, Monroe, or Summers — along with which program you're interested in below:
- Mountaineer Clay Crushers
- Archery in the Schools
- JROTC support
- Youth Squirrel Hunt
- Fishing & outdoor days
Or just say hello — see the full story behind each one first, if you're still deciding.
Annual Youth Day — Saturday, October 3, 2026
Free for ages 17 & under, at the Greenbrier County Youth Camp in Frankford. Registration is 7:30–8:30 a.m., and The Patriots Motorcycle Club is providing lunch. It's our free fall event — no tickets — and it runs on the same volunteers as everything else GVSA does. Questions or want to help run it? call (304) 646-6227, use the general contact form, or email raycrist68@icloud.com. See Events for the full details.
